By owning a site at Faun Lake, each member actually owns 1/299th of the facilities. Including a large heated stainless steel swimming pool, with heated spa, a sandy beach, and several playgrounds along with the electrical system, and the sewer and water system. Also a huge community building, which includes a kitchen, and adult lounge.  There is an electronic entrance gate at each end of the park, a chapel, coin operated laundry, shower rooms, and a toilet facility that are open 24 hours a day, including the winter months.  Each site is equipped with electricity, water and sewers, and garbage pickup. Telephone and satellite TV are optional. A full time operations  manager lives on the premises year round.
